Return and Exchange Information

Tim Delivers Incontinence Products specializes in shipping whole case quantities, very quickly. We do not offer, or stock anything less than full case amounts. This allows us to serve our customers in the most cost and time efficient manor available.

Quality Assured! We offer only brand named products which are fully-backed by each manufacturer. We never use seconds, or diverted products. In the unlikely event that a "bad batch" makes it through quality control, please contact us and we will promptly arrange for the return and replacement.

Product ordered in error: Please notify us immediately if you accidently ordered the wrong product. Although rare, this happens now and again. It can be eliminated if you enlist in our free "Auto-Reminder" program. If this happens to you, you can return to product to us for exchange. Do keep in mind that:

  • Only unopened full case quantities can be returned.
  • A restock charge of up to 20% of the selling price may be assessed.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping. In the event of the order being placed during a free shipping promotion, a reasonable fee for the outbound shipping may be assessed.
  • All returns require Return Authorization, and the request for the Return Authorization needs to be made within 10 days of the receipt of the product.

Mis-shipments: In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong product, we will issue a pick up and immediately send you you the correct item. (And we'll sincerely apologize too!)
